Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • We do not accept or process TikTok Shop orders.

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended after processing has begun.

3. Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched via DPD and are typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Any estimated arrival dates provided are subject to change.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and dispatched together unless otherwise agreed.

4. Missing Parcels

  • Any parcel that has not been received must be reported within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.

  • Claims made after 7 working days may not be investigated, and the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered successfully.

  • We reserve the right to request information or evidence when investigating missing parcel claims.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of ordering.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds will be given for sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.

  • No refunds will be given for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Prams, toys, and other items that have been assembled, built, or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  • Returns will only be accepted where agreed in writing.

  • Refunds will not be issued for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier unless an investigation proves otherwise.

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable unless the item is cancelled by us or cannot be supplied.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
