Shipping policy
Orders
- We do not accept or process TikTok Shop orders.
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended after processing has begun.
3. Delivery
- All orders are dispatched via DPD and are typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Any estimated arrival dates provided are subject to change.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and dispatched together unless otherwise agreed.
4. Missing Parcels
- Any parcel that has not been received must be reported within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
- Claims made after 7 working days may not be investigated, and the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered successfully.
- We reserve the right to request information or evidence when investigating missing parcel claims. Incorrect Delivery Information
